"Esther and I were colleagues at the Family Violence Unit of Met Council. She is bright and enthusiastic and contributed consistently in many ways to enhance the FV team's success. Esther is a responsible, caring professional who is conscientious in her role as a clinician. She combines empathy and critical thinking in her clinical work with individuals and group settings. In addition, Esther showed flexibility and was willing to adjust to the evolving requirements of her position at Met Council. She is open to new learning opportunities that continue to actively expand her repertoire of clinical skills. These include IFS level 1 and 2, EFT level 1 and 2, and EFT couples work as well. I believe Esther will be an asset to any agency providing a high standard of Behavioral Health Care to clients in the community."
